    If this sounds like you, consider a dual degree in Public Health at MWU. The dual degree program gives you the opportunity to earn a master's degree alongside your current doctoral degree or to complement your career as a health professional.

    Our dual degree program in Public Health offers:

    • Flexible, online classes that can be taken while you pursue your primary degree
    • Cost savings (you can transfer up to 12 credits to the program)
    • Applied public health experiences in human, animal and environmental areas
    We also offer a standalone M.P.H. program for healthcare professionals who want to advance their career.

    Who Qualifies for the Master of Public Health Dual Degree Option? 

    Students who have been accepted to or are currently studying osteopathic medicine, veterinary medicine, optometry, or dental medicine can apply to the Master of Public Health dual degree program. Interested students from other MWU programs may be able to qualify if given approval from their college dean/program director and the Public Health program director.
